Residential
Work in an occupied home is judged on care, cleanliness and clear explanation as much as on the electrical result.
Commercial
Commercial work is planned around trading hours, landlord conditions and continuity of occupation.
Industrial
Industrial work is governed by isolation procedure, shutdown windows and the cost of downtime.
