Four ways clients engage us, each with a defined output.

Fit-out package

Distribution, small power, lighting, containment and final connections delivered against a drawing set and a main-contractor programme.

Small works & alterations

Reconfiguration of an occupied space: additional circuits, desk power, lighting changes, decommissioning and making safe.

Planned maintenance

Scheduled inspection of distribution, emergency lighting function checks and minor remedial works with an asset and defect register.

Condition reporting

Inspection and testing of an existing installation with a written, prioritised report — kept separate from any remedial quotation.

Continuity

Isolation is a plan, not an announcement.

In a trading premises, the electrical risk is rarely technical — it is the unplanned outage that takes tills, servers or refrigeration with it. Live premises are worked in phases with agreed isolation windows and a route back if something does not go as expected.

Access and hoursOut-of-hours, night and weekend working where the space cannot be interrupted.
Phased isolationCircuit-by-circuit transfer rather than a single site-wide shutdown, where the distribution allows it.
Trade coordinationSequencing agreed with the main contractor and other services trades so containment is not built twice.
Records at handoverAs-installed schedules, labelling and test documentation issued with the works, not chased afterwards.
